CI Luke Parry of 2490 (Spen Valley) Squadron arranged a special trip which both Spen Valley and Dewsbury air cadets attending.
They travelled to Manchester airport for a private tour of the Concorde aircraft, which was in service from 1969 - 2003.
The group had a talk on the aircraft, famous for travelling faster than the speed of sound creating a sonic boom. The Cadets also got to sit in the Concorde cockpit.
And excellent and informative visit.
